Accepting these terms
By using this site, buying a product, or hiring a service, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
What we provide
The exact scope of your service is whatever appears on the product page or in the quote you accepted.
- Google Business Profile management: posts, review responses, photos, and monthly reporting.
- Website development and maintenance.
- Business photography and video, delivered in private galleries.
- Digital products and templates with instant download.
Pricing, subscriptions, and billing
All prices are in United States dollars. Google Business Profile management is one hundred dollars per week per location unless we agreed otherwise in writing.
Subscriptions bill automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. We charge the payment method you saved with Stripe.
If a charge fails, we retry it. If it keeps failing, we pause the service and email you before canceling.
We may adjust prices, but never without notice: any change is emailed at least 30 days in advance and applies from the next period.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time. No annual contract, no penalty, no explanation required.
Service stays active through the end of the period you already paid for. After that date, no new charges are made.
If you gave us access to your profiles, we remove our access on cancellation. Everything we published on your profile stays yours.
Refunds
Our policy is direct:
- Services already delivered in a closed period are not refundable, because the work was done.
- Digital products are not refundable once downloaded, because the file is already in your hands.
- Photo and video galleries are not refundable once unlocked, because the content is delivered instantly.
- A duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded in full, no argument.
- If something went wrong with the service, write to us first. We would rather fix it or refund you than lose a client.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback with your bank without writing to us first, service is suspended while it is resolved.
Chargebacks against documented, delivered work end the relationship permanently.
Photo and video ownership and license
Twisted Developments retains copyright in the images and video it produces.
On payment, you receive a perpetual, non exclusive, worldwide license to use that material to promote your own business: social media, website, Google Business Profile, print, and paid advertising.
That license does not include reselling the material, submitting it to stock libraries, or licensing it to third parties.
We may show the work in our portfolio and on social media. If you would rather we did not, tell us in writing and we will respect that.
Removing, cropping, or altering the watermark on preview images in order to use the material without paying is copyright infringement.
Your responsibilities as a client
- Give us accurate business information: legal name, address, hours, services.
- Have the authority to grant us access to the profiles and accounts you hand over.
- Deliver agreed materials on time: photos, copy, approvals.
- Comply with the policies of Google and any platform where we publish on your behalf.
- Keep your payment method current while the subscription is active.
Third party account access
When you give us access to Google, social media, or other platforms, we use that access only for the work you hired.
You can revoke it at any time. Note that without access we cannot deliver the service, and subscription billing continues until you formally cancel.
No ranking or results guarantee
This matters, so we say it up front: nobody can guarantee Google rankings, and anyone who promises you that is lying. Google sets its own ranking, changes its algorithm without notice, and can suspend a profile for reasons outside our control.
What we do guarantee is the work: we publish the posts, answer the reviews, optimize the profile, and report the real numbers without inflating them.
We never use fake reviews, fake addresses, or any technique that violates Google policy, because that ends with your profile suspended.
We do not promise a specific number of customers, calls, or sales.
Acceptable use of the site
You may not attempt to reach private areas, scrape content automatically, overload the infrastructure, or use the site for illegal activity. We reserve the right to block anyone who does.
Site intellectual property
The design, code, copy, and images on twistedevelopments.com belong to Twisted Developments. Share links freely, but do not copy the content for commercial use without written permission.
Limitation of liability
We deliver services with professional care, but they are provided as is, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that caused the claim.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or for decisions Google, Stripe, or any other platform makes about your account.
Termination
Either side may end the relationship with notice. We may end it immediately for non payment, false information, a request to do something that violates a platform policy, or abusive treatment of our team.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above marks the current version. Material changes are emailed to active clients and apply from the next billing period.
